Transportation Assistance: One of our primary goals is to assist with the transportation needs of children with disabilities. We believe that mobility should never be a barrier to a child's education and growth.

Our History

Since our foundation, the Barbados Association for Children with Brain Injury (BACBI) has been driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to improve the quality of life for children with brain injuries and their families in Barbados.

Over the years, we've grown from a small grassroots organization into a leading force advocating for the needs and rights of these children.

While we're proud of our achievements, we are continually inspired by the resilience of the families we serve and are committed to continuing our work.

Our Purpose

The purpose of BACBI is multifaceted, reflecting the complex needs of children with brain injuries.

We strive to advocate for these children, educate the public and relevant professionals about brain injuries, and provide crucial support services.
